NOW HIRING - STORE MANAGER

SloDoCo Donuts is seeking a qualified Store Manager to oversee all day-to-day operations at a quickly growing location in San Luis Obispo, California. This is a full-time position with a benefits package including paid vacation time and health benefit options.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Closely supervise staff performance and productivity.
  • Develop and execute creative initiatives to increase foot traffic and sales.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop.
  • Monitor inventory and reorder supplies as necessary.
  • Create weekly schedules for front of house staff.
  • Conduct interviews and hire new staff members when needed.
  • Serve delicious donuts and coffee to our awesome customers when not performing management duties!

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years previous management experience, preferably in a similar retail environment.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
